The 10th annual Chopsticks & Wine benefit for the Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce happened last month at the Hawaii Convention Center. More than 16 restaurants participated in the Mardi Gras-themed food and wine event which offered tasting stations, a vast selection of wine, beer, sake and a silent auction.
