The Honolulu Chapter of the Japanese American Citizen’s League held its annual General Membership Meeting and Dinner at the Japanese Cultural Center last month. The event honored U.S. Sen. Daniel Akaka and attorney Alan Murakami for their efforts in supporting human rights and justice for all of Hawaii’s citizens.
