Aloha Shoyu Sam Choy’s Big Man Golf Tournament
Del.icio.usThe sixth annual Aloha Shoyu Sam Choy Big Man Golf Tournament at Pearl Country Club was a day of big fun, big prizes and big teams - with a weight qualification of 800 pounds per three-person team. And for every team over 800 pounds, they automatically received two mulligans per player. To increase the team weight, players were encouraged to creatively stand on the scale with items to donate, such as bags of rice and canned goods to be donated to the Hawai Foodbank.
The Alzheimer’s Association received the proceeds from the tournament.
