The Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii recently held its 15th annual fundraising dinner, Celebration of Leadership and Achievement, at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. This was the first year the event honored someone based outside of Hawaii: Japanese national treasure Dr. Genshitsu Sen, a 15th generation Grand Tea Master.
