CS Wo’s Chinese New Year Party
Del.icio.usOne of the annual highlights of the Chinese New Year in Honolulu is the bash thrown by CS Wo and the Wo family.
In addition to entertainment and great food, this year’s celebration included exhibitions by fashion designer Anne Namba and painter Kelly Sueda.
Namba created three separate lines based on a Tibetan door panel that CS Wo buyers found in China, along with stone columns from a Tibetan temple. Sueda created a series of paintings based on the same door panel. Gung hee fat choy!
