Duke’s Canoe Club Waikiki celebrated its sweet 16 anniversary recently with a hosted party of pupus, cocktails and live music. The anniversary party honored and presented its Legacy of Aloha fund to this year’s recipients: Hawaii Foodbank and Surfing the Nations. The recipients are organizations that Duke Kahanamoku would have supported in his day.
