Hawaii Foodbank hosted its annual Kickoff Breakfast Jan. 28 in the Coral Ballroom at Hilton Hawaiian Village.

The event officially started the 21st annual food drive to collect food and funds to feed the hungry in Hawaii.

The 2010 drive goals are 500,000 pounds of food and $500,000. The food drive will culminate April 17.
