The Hawaii Restaurant Association (HRA) held its second annual Hall of Fame Induction at the Hawaii Prince Hotel recently. The Hall of Fame inductees are Eddie Flores, Marian Harada, Paul Mann, Michel Martin, Shiro Matsuo, Denjiro Ota, Chuck Rolles, Buzz Schneider, Roy Shimonishi, Maurice Sullivan and Robert Taira.

The chefs for the evening were Henry Adaniya (Hank’s Haute Dogs), Chai Chaowasaree (Chai’s Island Bistro), Andy Degamo (Morton’s The Steakhouse), Mark Ellman (Mala Ocean Tavern), D.K. Kodama (Sansei Seafood Restaurant), Sean Priester (Top of Waikiki), Kelvin Ro (Diamond Head Market & Grill) and Khamtan Tanhchaleun (Hawaii Prince Hotel).
