Military Recognition Luncheon
Del.icio.usThe Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii’s 21st annual Hawaii Military Appreciation Month provides activities and events that are held to honor and recognize the invaluable service and contribution Hawaii’s military provides to our community. A featured event is the annual Military Recognition Luncheon. This year’s celebration welcomed home thousands of troops who returned from combat duty in Iraq and Afghanistan, and paid tribute to the heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice. More than 1,100 people attended the event where Gov. Linda Lingle was the keynote speaker.
