The Organization of Chinese Americans (OCA) Hawaii Chapter honored Wesley Fong at its 2007 Installation & Scholarship Fundraising Dinner.

Past honorees include U.S. Sen. Daniel Inouye, U.S. Sen. Daniel Akaka and Gen. Eric Shinseki.

OCA is a national civil rights advocacy and educational organization dedicated to advancing the social, political and economic well-being of Americans of Chinese and Asian/Pacific Island descent.
