PCFH’s Parents Of The Year
Del.icio.usThe Philippine Cultural Foundation of Hawaii recently held its 15th annual Parents of the Year Awards at Empress Restaurant. Criteria for parents is a record of community service and having three or more children who attended and graduated from a four-year college program in the U.S. The event also recognizes Hawaii high school valedictorians of Filipino ancestry.
