The Valerie Joseph Boutique’s PINC (Partners Inspiring Nouvelle Concepts) program recently sponsored its third annual charitable fashion event, Fresh, at Rumours Nightclub. The event featured young designers Rachel Pavlis, Jennifer Fukino and Kristen Domingcil, and Hawaii’s Nolan Robert, Lifetime’s Blush reality makeup show winner. Proceeds benefitted Community Helping Schools.
