Raise the Love Benefit for Friends of Missing Child Center
Del.icio.usNearly 200 people gathered at the Ala Moana Hotel Hibiscus Ballroom for the third annual Raise the Love benefit for Friends of the Missing Child Center Hawaii.
The silent auction and sit-down dinner raised about $17,000 for the Friends, who have provided funding for mental health services and donations to the Honolulu Police Department, and who helped fund the production of Hawaii’s Missing Kids TV special on KHON2. Ikaika Kahoano emceed the event and Alan Arato of Tom Moffatt Productions coordinated entertainment. Raise the Love was also chaired and created by board member and former Miss Hawaii USA Alicia Michioka Jones.
