Temple Emanu-El Honors The Hawaii Legal Community

Temple Emanu-El honored Hawaii’s legal community at the Hawaii Prince Hotel recently.

Honorees included Supreme Court Justice Bernard Levinson, Attorney General Mark Bennett, former Attorney General Margery Bronster, former Attorney General Robert Marks, former Family Court Judge Evelyn Lance, Hawaii State Bar Association past president Sherry Broder and Hawaii State Bar Association president Richard Turbin.

Gov. Linda Lingle also spoke at the event, which raised $70,000 for the Temple Emanu-El Library and the Temple Building Fund. The library is named for the mothers of Justice and Mrs. Bernard Levinson.
