The 2005 Hawaii Travel Industry Trade Show
Del.icio.usThe 2005 Hawaii Travel Industry Trade Show, produced by Rendezvous Tours, was held recently at Restaurant Row, and was attended by more than 500 guests.
The Trade Show featured more than 40 travel industry exhibitors representing airlines, hotels, car rental and destinations in Hawaii, as well as popular West Coast cities such as Las Vegas, Reno and Anaheim. Guests were treated to a sampling of foods from nine participating restaurants at the Row.
Annual awards were also presented to the “Best” Hawaii hotels as voted by more than 300 Hawaii travel agents, with the overall award for Hawaii’s Best Hotel presented to the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai on the Big Island. Other category winners included the Kahala Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Spa, Hilton Waikoloa Village and Fairmont Kea Lani Maui.
