It was an evening of excitement at Honolulu Fire Department Headquarters Complex recently, as some of the best culinary talents fired up their stations for The Signature Chefs Food Festival.

Proceeds from the event will benefit Honolulu Firefighters Foundation and its mission to promote, educate and support public safety.
