Marukai’s exciting summer event, The Taste of Marukai, celebrated the traditional and contemporary tastes of Japan. This private, invitation-only event held at Marukai Wholesale Mart on Dillingham Boulevard was an invigorating evening of food, sake, karaoke and prizes.

Proceeds from the event helped to support the Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce, the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii and the Honolulu Japanese Junior Chamber of Commerce.
