Marukai Wholesale Mart celebrated its third annual Taste of Marukai fundraiser at its Dillingham location. Guests enjoyed food and sake tastings, prize drawings and an appearance by the 2008 Cherry Blossom Queen and court.

The event supports the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii, Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Honolulu Japanese Junior Chamber of Commerce. Proceeds from previous events generated a total of $50,000.
