A Fresh Moi Feast

This week we prepare sashimi and poke made with moi aquacultured offshore in Hawaiian waters with special guest Randy Cates of Cates International Inc.

Try the following simple poke recipe, grab your chopsticks and discover the fresh flavor of locally farmed moi.

MOI POKE

moi (diced)
Hawaiian salt
kukui nut, minced, or inamona
limu kohu, chopped
shoyu
sesame seed oil
sweet onions, chopped
green onions, chopped
Hawaiian red chili pepper, minced
