This week we take the show on the road with Randy Cates of Cates International to harvest moi raised in submerged cages off Hawaiian shores.

This show aired originally in September 2004.


* moi
* Hawaiian salt
* kukui nuts (minced) or inamona
* limu kohu, chopped
* shoyu
* sesame seed oil
* sweet onions, chopped
* green onions, chopped
* Hawaiian red chili pepper, minced

Combine ingredients to taste.
