Wong’s Best Kind Chili

This week Wong’s Market’s Frances Stone visits the show to prepare the following recipe using Hawaii’s Best Kind Meats.
* 2 pounds Teriyaki Beef Patties (from Wong’s Meat Market Brand-Hawaii’s Best Kind)
* 1/2 cup chopped onions
* 2 tablespoons minced garlic
* 1 can kidney beans (drained)
* 2 tablespoons ketchup
* pepper, to taste
Fry the onions and add the garlic to the pan and mix.
Break up or smash the teriyaki beef patties and add the ketchup, then kidney beans and simmer.
