Local Motion, Billabong and Heavywater presented the “Surf Into Summer Kick-Off Party” recently with giveaways all night long, a fashion show and music by Kapena, Lost At Sea and DJ Eskae of NSK. Proceeds benefit AccessSurf Hawaii.
