Ladies and gentlemen gathered recently at Maile’s Thai Bistro Hawaii Kai to SPEAK OUT against domestic violence. The evening was a benefit for Women Speaking Out, a nonprofit organization founded by Juliet Lighter and devoted to educating young women in Hawaii about dating violence, teaching intervention techniques, building self-esteem and developing leadership skills.
