Andy South At Ala Moana’s Shop A Le’a

Project Runway season 8 finalist Andy South unveils the complete fall collection of his new clothing line, SOUTH by Andy South, March 24 at 7 p.m. as part of Ala Moana Center’s Shop a Le’a.
The debut collection will be launched in a fully choreographed runway show at Centerstage with dramatic lighting, dancers, music, and a special finale featuring his evening gown designs and a surprise showstopper.
“My clothing is modern and edgy, though comfortable to wear,” says South, 24. “It’s feminine and simultaneously tough.
“I am not afraid to take risks. I design from my own place of inspiration, not following trends or forecasts, but my own gut and intuition. I design what I truly feel at each stage.”
South, who was born in Kailua and raised in Waianae, recently opened a design studio in Chinatown. South by Andy South will be available at Neiman Marcus in Ala Moana Center and select pieces at andysouth.com
