View the latest in Asian-inspired fashions at the Splendor of China Oct. 6 and 7 at the Neal Blaisdell Center Exhibition Hall.

On stage will be a variety of styles from men’s jackets to Mandarin-style tops and the traditional women’s cheong sam from Xin Xin’s Fashion (on Maunakea Street), Avanti (in Waikiki) and others.

The Splendor of China, presented by the Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Panda Express, is a trade show and cultural festival featuring more than 100 booths with unique Chinese products.

This year’s event will include a special performance of acrobats, face-changing magicians and dancers from the Sichuan Provincial Chinese Folk Art Performance Group of China.

The Splendor of China is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday (Oct. 6), and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday (Oct. 7).

The fashion show is scheduled from 3 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday and from 12:30 to 1 p.m. Sunday.

Tickets are $5 per person, $3 for all military personnel with ID presented at the door, and free for children 10 years old and younger. Receive a $1 off admission coupon at any Panda Express restaurant on Oahu with purchase.
