Island keiki take the stage for Aladdin’s Tea Party & Children’s Fashion Show, a benefit for Honolulu Theatre for Youth (HTY), to be held at the Hawaii Prince Hotel April 26 from 1 to 4 p.m.

Event co-chairs Tim Bostock and Melanie Holt are planning a program themed after Aladdin’s Luck, the exotic, magical play that opened HTY’s current season. The event will evoke a “Magical Morning Carpet Ride,” with a tantalizing Turkish bazaar of silent auction items, sinuous belly dancers, pomegranate-champagne cocktails and a scrumptious Moroccan High Tea.

The grand finale is a children’s fashion show produced by Ryan Brown of ADR Agency and directed by Audra Stevenson, with hair and makeup by Paul Brown Institute of Beauty, featuring the latest fashions from various local retailers.

Sultan sponsor tables cost $3,500 and include the opportunity to enter up to eight models for the fashion show. Genie sponsor tables cost $2,500 and include the offer to enter up to seven models. Aladdin sponsor tables are $1,500 and include the offer to enter up to six models. And individual Magic Lamp seats are $125 and each pair of seats may offer one model.
