lululemon athletica, a yoga-inspired athletic wear company, presents a week of free fitness classes at its Ala Moana store (located on the second floor near Nordstrom) as part of Ala Moana Center’s Shop a Le’a festival March 23 through 29.
Mark your calendar for: March 20 (2 to 3 p.m.) - kids fitness with My Gym Hawaii.
March 24 (noon to 1 p.m.) - Core makes everything strong! And do exercise for you, not against you! by Asako Lahoe of Quality Health & Fitness.
March 24 (6:30 to 7:30 p.m.) -Thai massage class with Kate Baldwin from Open Space.
March 26 (6 to 7 p.m.) - Cycling workshop with Erika Eberhart from Honolulu Club.
March 29 (8:30 to 9:45 a.m.) -Yoga with Stacey Webb.
There also will be yoga classes all week (March 23 to 27, from 11 to 11:45 a.m.) at CenterStage, and a lululemon athletica spring/summer function show March 28 from 10 to 10:45 a.m. featuring yoga, Pilates, GYROTONIC and dance instructor Wainani Hansen, SwaSthya yoga instructor Guilherme Alves, Hatha yoga instructor Karly Raisback, personal trainer and CrossFit coach Elyse Umeda, circus performers Raymond and Luis Silos, DJ K.O. and emcee Liz Chun. lululemon athletica also offers free weekly yoga classes at its store Sundays (8:30 to 9:45 a.m.) all year-round. The store also has a running club that meets Saturdays (8:30 to 9:45 a.m.) at Magic Island, and Power Hour, a cardio and strength training workshop Tuesdays (5 to 6 p.m.) at Magic Island.
