Pineapples Boutique has opened in Haleiwa, offering a nice range of clothing lines in a variety of price points and in sizes XXS to plus size 3X.

Owner Sandra Tierney, who has been in the clothing manufacturing business for 17 years, is founder of Bali Batiks, which produces resort wear lines sold across the U.S. and in the Caribbean. These lines include Zen Knits, Bali Batiks, Margarita and Pineapples Collections, designed by Tierney (pictured below) and 2004 Mrs. Hawaii International Geri Berger.

“At Pineapples, you will find a variety of unique, one-of-a-kind pieces,” says Tierney. “For the more contemporary dresser we have styles from our Zen Knits label, Funky Planet and Hale Bob. For a more resort attitude, we have selections from our Margarita line. For more of a laid-back feel, we have special styles from our exclusive Bali Batiks Resort Wear Collection.

“Pineapples also has a uniquely eclectic mix of costume and fine jewelry, plus a broad selection of gifts.” The store also opens late (until 8 p.m.) during Haleiwa Art Walk every last Saturday of the month with complimentary pupu and special promotions. Customers also can join a free VIP membership club and enjoy 10 percent off (excluding sales items), and receive early bird information on sales, shopping events and exclusive member-only events.

Pineapples Boutique is located at 66-200 Kamehameha Hwy. For more information, visit pineapples-boutique.com or call 637-8477.
