Salvation Army Fashion Show

The Salvation Army presents its annual fashion show luncheon May 8 at the Hilton Waikiki Prince Kuhio Hotel featuring stylish pre-owned apparel modeled by local celebrities and television news personalities.
There also will be a fashion boutique starting at 9 a.m. in the hotel lobby followed by the fashion show at 11:30 a.m. Items for sale include new and slightly used clothing, shoes, jewelry, accessories and collectibles. Garments modeled in the fashion show also will be available for purchase.
The event is a special program sponsored by the Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary of Honolulu, and proceeds will benefit Salvation Army’s social service programs that help families in need. There also will be a silent auction offering travel packages, dinners at select restaurants, hotel accommodations, jewelry, gift bags and more. Tickets cost $60 ($20 of which is tax-deductible).
