One of the Windward Half Marathon’s most enthusiastic participants Sept. 14 was Yoshiya Matsutani from Ibaraki, Japan. As he wrote in a letter to Fleet Feet in Kailua, Yoshiya ran in the half marathon last year and had lots of fun. Castle Performing Arts Center news: Former CPAC star Robert Orosco of Kailua got married this month in California to Heather McMasters. Marriage isn’t always a fairy tale, but they may beg to differ.
