One of the Windward Half Marathon’s most enthusiastic participants Sept. 14 was Yoshiya Matsutani from Ibaraki, Japan. As he wrote in a letter to Fleet Feet in Kailua, Yoshiya ran in the half marathon last year and had lots of fun.
