Congratulations to the city’s Lei Queen Sandrina Lei Ilima Cabato De La Cruz, who works as an administrative assistant at PACT and studies at WCC. She’ll make public appearances throughout the year to promote aloha and lei making. Look for her Saturday in the Kamehameha Day Parade ...
