The Honolulu Board of Realtors has chosen Kailua resident Sandra “Sam” Bangerter as its 2011 Realtor of the Year. Sam is active in the Kailua Chamber of Commerce and several charities as well as being principal broker of the family-owned and operated RE/Max Kai Lani.
