Bug man update: On Lee Goff‘s date planner recently were speeches to the UC-Santa Barbara faculty and to the European Association for Forensic Entomology in Bari, Italy. The University of Bari presented Lee (a Chaminade prof from Kaneohe) with a medal recognizing his contributions to forensic entomology ... Jerson Aglugub (Castle ‘94, Heald College ‘97) participated in the annual Bataan Memorial Death March recently at White Sands Missile Range. The grueling event took him (and 3,900 others) through New Mexico’s high desert to honor the brave Filipinos who suffered through the forced march during World War II. Aglugub is a medical specialist assigned to the U.S. Army Health Clinic at Dugway Proving Ground, Utah. His father in-law is Ben Cayetano ...
