The Outrigger Duke Kahanamoku Foundation Duke's OceanFest happens this week in Waikiki with a variety of events, including the Roxy Jam Honolulu autograph session Aug. 19 at 4:30 p.m. with professional surfers Jennifer Smith, Kelia Moniz, Crystal Dzigas and others at the Beach Services Kiosk fronting the Shore Bird Restaurant.
