For this crimped and curled modern pompadour look, Nell starts by flat-ironing Keri's hair. She then back combs the top half to give volume, and then goes back to the bottom half of her hair, alternating between a waverunner, curlstick and flat iron (used as a curling iron). She then makes two French braids, one from the temple going toward the back and the other from the top, part going down the side.
