Laser vision correction is an FDA approved procedure to treat the broadest range of vision imperfections possible, including mild-to-severe nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism. It has been available in the United States since 1997.

Today’s LASIK procedure uses an advanced technology called the Intralase TM Method. The IntralaseTM Method is a 100% blade-free approach to create the corneal flap unlike before with a mechanical microkeratome. This thin flap of tissue is temporarily folded over in order to perform your LASIK procedure. The IntralaseTM Method also delivers outstanding visual results - more patients achieve vision that is 20/20 or better when method is used.

Now that the bladeless all laser LASIK is available, there’s really no reason to put off having laser vision correction. At Pan Pacific Laser Vision Center, LLC our surgeon, Stephen Gee, MD is a board certified Ophthalmologist, has been performing LASIK for a decade. He has performed nearly 13,000 procedures to date.

The combination of today’s most innovative laser vision correction technologies and experience and affordability mean that the wait is over. The result of a decade’s worth of technical refinement - as it combines all-laser LASIK technology results in the most efficient laser vision correction procedure. It simply doesn’t get any better, so now is the time.

LASIK is not appropriate for everyone. At Pan Pacific Laser Vision Center, we use very sophisticated diagnostic eye scanning and mapping technologies, and perform comprehensive eye examinations.

Our focus is based on YOUR visual needs.

You should be in good general health and have had a stable vision prescription for at least one year and have no pre-existing eye disease. Women who are pregnant or nursing, should wait the appropriate time when their vision is stable again.

Now that you have learned the basics about LASIK procedure, you should:

1. Become comfortable with the procedure by doing your homework. Carefully reviewing the educational materials we will provide you, and by visiting our website at www.panpacificlaser.com

2. Schedule a free consultation with our surgeon to determine if you are a good candidate of LASIK by calling our education department at 949-9200 ext. 18.
