Ewa Elementary School first-graders Madison and Drew Sellers (far left) help celebrate Abraham Lincoln's 200th birthday Feb. 12. They portrayed Mary Todd and Abe Lincoln in the school's 65th annual Lincoln Day. The program included the reading of the Gettysburg Address, patriotic songs sung by students and the Ewa Plantation Singers (below), speeches by Gov. Linda Lingle (right) and Mayor Mufi Hannemann, and it concluded with the traditional draping of lei on the school's iconic Lincoln statue. Photos by Jen and Major Sellers.
