The Keiki Palaka Band marked its 10-year anniversary of strumming its stuff June 7 with its annual Kanikapila and Luau at Kailua Elementary School. Founded by Uncle Mel and Lynn Murata, this year's luau moved from Enchanted Lake School, where it has been for several years, back to its original site.
