Chef Nobu Matsuhisa with manager George Lipson, general manager Wanloe Konyak and bar/lounge manager Jed Inductivo. Nobu recently visited 12 countries in two weeks, but was really happy to be in Hawaii. He has a new cookbook coming out in October and new restaurants opening in Mexico City, Athens, Dubai and Moscow.
