Dr. Lawrence Tseu and Emma Wo. Dr. Tseu, a longtime supporter of the Miss Hawaii USA and Miss Hawaii Teen USA pageant, will be honored by the Chinese Women’s Club of Honolulu at a special luncheon Aug. 23.
