Last week, it was reported that Dog tracked the location of convicted rapist Frank LeFrandt Jr. to San Salvador. LeFrandt was supposed to have started serving a 10-year prison term Dec. 1 for sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy in the back of his newspaper delivery van. A Circuit Court judge in Honolulu issued a $5 million bench warrant Dec. 2 after LeFrandt jumped bail.
