Central Bands In Rainbow Band Festival

Leilehua and Mililani high schools will participate in the University of Hawaii Rainbow Invitational Marching Band Festival Nov. 12 at Aloha Stadium.

The 28th annual event, sponsored by Meadow Gold Dairies, begins at 5:30 p.m. and features 18 Oahu high school bands as well at Chandler High School from California and the UH marching band. Leilehua and Mililani also participated Nov. 3 in the Kamehameha Schools Tournament of Bands.

Admission is $7 for adults and $5 for students. Children 6 and under are free. For more information, call Gwen Nakamura at 956-7657.
