Ciufo, Vivarttas-Ahrnsbrak Star In Shakespeare Fest

The Hawaii Shakespeare Festival, running now through Aug. 31 in downtown Honolulu, has help this year from some Central Oahu talents.

The seventh annual festival offers Othello July 18-27, Henry V Aug. 8-17 and Merchant of Venice Aug. 22-31. Jessica Ciufo of Mililani plays Desdemona in Othello, and Mililani actress Danielle Vivarttas-Ahrnsbrak will portray Portia in Merchant of Venice.

The plays are being staged at 7:30 p.m. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and 3:30 p.m. Sundays at The ARTS at Marks Garage. For ticket information, call 550-8457.
