Hearing July 13 On Marine Fish Regulations

The state DLNR aquatic resources staff conducts a public hearing on marine fish regulations at 6 p.m. July 13 at Mililani High School cafeteria.

The public may comment on draft rules developed to support conservation of fishery resources while balancing needs of recreational, subsistence and commercial fishers.


The rules focus on goatfishes, parrot-fishes and jacks, and potential changes to minimum size regulations, seasons and bag limits.
