Mililani Wastewater Plant Seeks Special Permit At Dec. 10 Hearing

The city Planning Commission will conduct a hearing at 1:30 p.m. Dec. 10 to address a request for a special use permit for the Wastewater Preliminary Sewage Treatment Facility in Mililani. The hearing takes place in the City Council committee meeting room on the second floor of 530 S. King St. For more information, call 768-8007.

The city Department of Design and Construction wants an after-the-fact state Special Use Permit for the plant, which operates on restricted AG-1 zoning. The plant is located at 94-417 Makapipipi St. and conducts grinding and grit removal.
