Oshiro To Talk Of Ferries And ‘08 Legislature

State Rep. Marcus Oshiro will conduct a “pre-session” forum for constituents from 6 to 8:30 p.m. next Tuesday (Dec. 4) at Wahiawa District Park.

Oshiro, who represents Wahiawa and Puamoho, will open the agenda with a half-hour of socializing and refreshments. At 6:30, he will give a summary of the Superferry special session and answer questions on the issue.

At 7 p.m. the forum will address concerns and needs of residents in the 2008 Legislature, which opens in January. The meeting will be in the Hale Koa room at the park. For more information, call 586-6200.
