Shopping for the perfect Christmas tree can be quite the task, especially when it involves driving from store to store looking for the perfect one.

Helemano Farms has an easier solution that involves just one trip and offers a variety of Norfolk pine trees. Beginning this Friday, the locally owned farm has thousands of trees ready to be cut, wrapped, loaded and decorated. Prices start at $40 for a tree up to 6 feet high plus an additional charge of $10 per foot. For every foot over 10 feet it’s an additional $20. Wreaths are $25 each. All purchases are cash only.

“Coming to the tree farm at Christmas is a great way for Oahu families to get away from the stress of the holiday shopping season,” suggested owner Aaron O’Brien.

Located in WhitmoreVillage, the farm is open from 2 p.m. to sundown weekdays and 10 a.m. to sundown weekends. For directions or more information, call 622-4287 or visit http://www.helemanofarms.com.
