Kaimuki actor Elitei Tatafu Jr. co-stars in Manoa Valley Theatre’s musical I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change, opening today (March 5) and directed by Hawaii Kai resident Linda Johnson. Linda, by the way, directed MVT’s award-winning first version of the play in 2000 (988-6131) ... For Kahala’s Jason Kanda and Kaimuki’s Jenifer Evans, the word right now is Rumpelstiltskin, Hawaii Theatre’s pantomime show of the famous fairy tale featuring puppets up to 14 feet tall.
