* BLOOD DRIVE Hawaii Blood Bank conducts donor drives from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 27 at Leeward Community College. Call 845-9966.

* NEIGHBORS Pearl City Neighborhood Board meets at 7 p.m. Nov. 27 at Highlands Intermediate School; the MakakiloKapolei-Honokai Hale board meets at 7 p.m. Dec. 5 in the Kapolei High School cafeteria. Call 527-5749.

* ART DISPLAY Artwork by students at Aiea Intermediate School is on display for the month of November at Aiea Library. Call 483-7333.

* RECYCLING Aloha ‘Aina Earth Day sponsors a mass recycling drive from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dec. 1 at Kapolei High School. Everything from metal to printer cartridges and reusable lumber are welcome. Call 306-1876.

* PLANTATION COOKING

Hawaii’s Plantation Village hosts “Plantation Cooking Festival” featuring cooking demonstrations by HPV volunteers and Chef Darren Demaya of Alan Wong’s Restaurant from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dec. 1. Entrance is $7 adults, $5 children. Call 677-0110.

* POST OFFICE HOURS

Barbers Point Post Office is open for the extended hours of 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday from Dec. 1 to 24.

* ONSTAGE Pearlridge Center Uptown presents Halau Hula Mai Ka Pu’uwai a Ka Mana’o at 11 a.m. Dec. 1; the Keiki Kane Children’s Choir at 1 p.m. Dec. 2; the Roy Sakuma Ukulele Studio at 3 p.m. Dec. 2; Na Kamali’i O ‘Iliahi Ukulele Club at 7 p.m. Dec. 4; and Pearl City Elementary School Choir at 7 p.m. Dec. 5.
