* BAND FEST The Aiea, Kapolei and Pearl City high school bands perform in the UH Rainbow Invitational Marching Band Festival at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 10 at Aloha Stadium. Admission is $7 and $5. Call 956-7657.

* LIBRARY PROGRAMS The Kapolei Library hosts four free programs throughout November, including: Searching for Health Information Online for seniors at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 10, 17 and 24 (registration required); a live performance by Salaam Ensemble at 11 a.m. Nov. 15; a Christmas Crafts Ideas Demonstration at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 18; and a Women & Investing Informational Seminar for adults at 10:30 a.m.Nov.22 (registration required).
